2005, 2006, and 2007
This award is given to
a school for exceeding annual objectives for learning, achievements in
reading and mathematics, and earning full accreditation for two consecutive
years.

We, the faculty, staff, parents, and community of
Robert S. Payne
Elementary School,
working as a team and using our available resources, will provide meaningful
and challenging learning experiences for all students. We will ensure that
the students are provided with the opportunity to excel in all areas of
academic, emotional and social development. We are committed to
helping all students develop positive character attributes needed to become
knowledgeable, respectful, caring, participating members of their families,
schools, communities and nation.
